   Hey There

   i had wp-backup plugin installed in my wordpress , and yesterday i have lost whole of my host and now all i have is a backup in sql format.

   my question is that can this pretty small file (900kb.rar)return full of my site content in a new host ? the back up file reaches to 5.7mb when is extracted.

   how about pictures? or it's just works for content and comments?

   i must apologize for my poor english.hope you understand what i meant though.
