I used to do WordPress, until May 2007, and old 2.0 ver. I guess.
I kept the sql file, not wp, I have moved to a new webhotel.
How do I import this SQL file into WordPress two seven?
The structure seems to be identical.

the structure is NOT identical, and you cannot import a dump from wp 2.0.x into a 2.7.x database -- that will NOT work.
you need to upload and install 2.0, them import the old dump, then upgrade that install.
