   How do I configure printer friendly pages?

   Like the pages at http://www.stevepavlina.com

   When you click on print preview, the page automatically displays in a printer friendly format.

   What is the exact code I need to have in my print.css file?

   What about my other template files? What code do I need to add in?

   WP-Print plugin by GamerZ does this extremely well

   I totally agree with Dgold! GamerZ's WP-Print makes printable pages look awesome.

   I came up with the idea of the URL footnotes for that plugin (so any hyperlinks are fully printed out)
