    Is there a way to hide the featured image that appears above the post title?
    I cannot remove the featured image completely because it needs to show up for recent posts, so is there a way to hide it above the title on the single post and blog page?

    I have left in the featured image on the first 3 posts and removed it on the last two for example purposes. If I remove it, the thumbnail does not show up on recent posts.

    I have contact theme support and they have advised that it is a wordpress issue. I've searched for weeks for a solution and have not had any luck, so I am hoping someone here can help.

    Thank you in advance.

    I think you can get what you want by adding this to the END of style.css:

    .comdisp { display: none; }
