   Hi all,

   What would be the best way to hide the dashboard, links, comments menu items when your in wp-admin???

   To remove sections on the dashboard, when you are on the Dashboard page, click Screen Options near the top at the right, and uncheck what you don't want to see.

   If you also mean remove some items from the left side vertical navigation, that is not, as far as I know, possible within WordPress itself. There may be a plugin that allows that.

   hi stvwlf,

   You are correct i meant the items on the leftside. I am able to hide the items by hardcoding/exclude the menu items based on ip address.

   I edit the menu.php for this.

   Now i like to have a specific plugin adminpage as the beginpage. Can this be adde on the dashboard??
