   Hi,

   I'd like to know how to hide

   [caption id="attachment_1577" align="aligncenter" width="500" caption="blah-blah-blah"][/caption] from the extract? I see that in the text extract and it is annoying... Any way to do it?

   It's annoying, because each time I see the extract it starts with the caption code...

   I am having the same exact problem and it stared it seems with an updated wordpress install.
