   So I found out the look I want (example here: http://demo.arrastheme.com/ ) - Top right, really good looking box with 4 tabs; Featured, Latest, Comments, Tags.

   Apparently this is not a single plugin, but multiple ones grouped together.

   How do you do this?

   Reverse engineer the Arras theme.

   If you don't know how to do that or at least start that process, we can't just give you a simple answer that you'll understand.
