I'm using the Elemin theme and for a post, I'm basically trying to create a photo gallery. But instead of photos, I'm trying to enter a link for each square so that the image will be the thumbnail image associated with the link.
Help??

This sounds like it is the default behaviour of the built-in WP gallery shortcode. See the Codex here for more info: http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode
When you add an image to the gallery, you can choose to enter a custom link for the image. The thumbnail will show on the page, and link to the URL you provide.
