   Hi,

   i would like to get the theme what wordpress.org use.
   I mean the feels and looks found in http://wordpress.org/download/ or other pages in this site.

   How to get?

   It's a custom theme and not available. The download you linked to is the WordPress core which includes only the default themes (twentyten and twentyeleven) -- it does not include anything to do with this site.

   no no. the link i provided is to show what looks i wanted in a blog post.
   like the the menus are in left, post in right etc.
   is there any similar themes like wordpress.org?
