• Hey guys,

On time.com, when you scroll down a bit, you’ll see a really cool slideshow titled “Features”, with arrows on either end so users can scroll through the different slides and click what they want.

Is there a way to get that slidshow onto a wordpress blog? The closest thing someone suggested was ‘Frontpage Slideshow”. and while it certainly has that feature, its too big for my homepage. The one on time.com is of a perfect size

Can anyone tell me how to get that feature please?

    Much appreciated!
    Thank You,
    TCT

    anyone?

I saw a script like the features slideshow somewhere, gotta google it.
In lieu of the “Frontpage Slideshow” paid, check out this smooth gallery header in free downloadable theme for posts at from livingos.com Check out the demo.

    Hey mercime,

the smooth gallery header is also like FPSS – one big window thru which ppl can scrol thru slides. I am looking for the one like on time.com where there are a bunch of small slides ppl can scroll across.

Can you please tell me where you saw the slide script for the one on time.com?

It would be much appreciated 🙂

google jcarousel and jcarousel lite, but those are for images or text. from what i remember, i didn’t see text/links and image together, it’s either/or. on the other hand, i may be wrong, haven’t played around with that yet.
there’s a paid alternative – viva carousel which would be like the time.com function. google is your friend.
