How to get the link to medium size image from gallery thumbnails

    Good morning here! 😉

    When you insert a wordpress native gallery to a post or page you can choose “Link to image file” or “Link to Page”.

    I always use “Link to image file” and when I click to thumbnails I get the original (Full Size) image file. Something like that…

    Instead of the original (Full Size) image I want to see ALWAYS (by default in this site) the medium image, in my case …

    It’s possible?

    I tried it modifying “wp-includes/media.php” file with no luck.
