How To Get Thank You Page To Work

    Hey there,

    I’m using Get Response as my form code with a simple ebook download in my sidebar. When people submit their info I would like to redirect them to a thank you page.

    As of right now, they will get an error when they submit their info yet if they refresh that error page the thank you page comes up perfectly fine. I’m not sure what the issue is…

    How can I fix this?

    Thanks for the reply man but that’s not what I’m looking for. A redirect should not be necessary. Once someone submits their info into my form they are taken directly to the thank you page, but it comes up as an error. On a refresh it works fine.

    How do I eliminate the error?

    Okay, I think I have further dissected the problem, but I still don’t know how to solve it, lol.

    Basically there is an issue when submitting the form. It won’t display the thank you page. But when I press enter it will refresh the page and display it. This does not work by hitting refresh because it resubmits the form and doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?

    Matt – I’m having the exact same problem. Did you ever figure out how to solve it?
