   I can't seem to download it, and i don't understand what i have to do when i open up 'wp-config-sample'
   can someone help me please and go through it step by step! :)

   this IS step by step.... I don't think we can do any better.

   First you need to determine how things work at your host...wher WP will be getting installed. How do you set up databases? How do you upload files? Does your host offer one-click installs? Many do now....

   -but you need to get the wordpress files on to your host/server
   -you need to create a database
   -you need to edit the wp-config-sample.php file with your database details and change it's name to just wp-config.php
   -you run the install script

   or, like I mentioned, your host may have a one click install
