How to get Site Exit manager To Work On My Site

Hi, Can anyone help me with getting this exit pop-up plugin to work on my website. It’s called “Site Exit manager” and it comes highly rated. I can’t seem to get it to work on my blog site. I have tried to add my redirect url and added a message in the window text area then I update the changes. When I test to see if the pop up works on exit from my website nothing happens except I exit the site without seeing a popup box. Can someone tell me what i have been doing wrong? Or how I can get this plugin to work?
