Hello, I just recently switched from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. My Spectrum theme came with preset widgets that I cannot get rid of. I thought if I added my own widgets the preset ones would disappear. Mine appear at the bottom of the preset widgets. How do you change the theme code to get rid of the preset widgets?

Hello! If you don't mind sharing, what exactly do we do in the sidebar.php document? I tried deleting all of the code that looked like it related to the preset widgets, but that didn't work! (I have very little to no knowledge of .PHP coding). Any help or advice you could throw my way would be so appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
