How to get quicktags to work on title?

    I have a custom quicktag for adding a little code…

    “[lang_en]” and “[/lang_en]”

    …but unfortunately when clicking on it, the focus goes automatically to the “Page Content”, and I want it inserted in the “Page Title”.

    Any ideas?
