I created a seperate page for my blog posts however I cannot figure out how to get my new posts to show up on the "Blog Page" instead of the home page. Anyone know how I can accomplish this? I read that you can have a static home page and a seperate page for blog entries in 3.0

Create a home page
create a blank page name it what ever you want like recent posts or recent articles what ever you want to name for posts
go in settings readings and select static pages
front page select home from dropdown
post page select page you created
save changes
from now on all posts will go in that blank page
and you will have home page as front page.

That's how I already have it set up. I have the static page set to "Home" on the drop down menue and the posts to my "Blog Entries" page. But the new posts are not showing up on the "Blog Entries" page, they are creating a new home page instead.
Anything you can think that I'm missing?
when you click pages how many home pages do you have

Got it working. I had to delete the blog entries page and rebuild it for some reason. thanx
