    Hi,

I was doing some editing to my layout when I went to go click save it gave me a white page with a piece of code "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /home/content/45/9320745/html/wp-content/themes/forever/inc/custom-header.php on line 72"

I removed the changes I made, clicked save and that error still appeared. Now I cannot even log into my wordpress, I'm completely blocked out.

    website is: arlanafit.com

    any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    - To rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default twenty twelve theme for a moment using the WP dashboard. If you don't have access to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder in wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
