How to Get CAPTCHA to Show Up on Our Contact Us Page?

When you visit the Contact Us form on our website, there’s a message under the “message” text box that states, “To use CAPTCHA, you need Really Simple CAPTCHA plugin installed.”

Well, I do have the Really Simple CAPTCHA plugin installed. There’s no CAPTCHA words being autogenerated and thus, it’s not possible for someone to submit a message using our Contact Us form.

I have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? I’m desperate to get this Contact Us form working. Thanks!
