i am new user and i want to know how to remove widget area in the right side of every page, so that the post occupies full width?
    Progresss--
1.so far i have managed to remove the widgets , and now whitespace shows up on right side of every page which was earlier occupied by widgets.
    2. Now can that white space be removed? so that the text of our page occupies full width of page?

Hope i have clearly stated the problem.

    start by reading http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome

try working with a browser inspection tool such as Firebug to identify which styles you need to adapt.

    your link is broken.

Firebug is one of the available browser inspection tools; others would be 'right click' - 'inspect element' of most modern browsers.

it will only help to identify where in the styles you might need to change the settings.

you will still need to have a fundamental knowledge of css and you will need to make the changes to the styles of your theme.
