   I remember seeing options for formatting the "Recent Comments" list on the sidebar, but I can't find it anymore.

   The current format is "Comment Author on Post", where the author name is linking to outgoing URL of his/her website. I'd like to remove the link (but allowing it on the comment itself of course) and just show the author name in plain text. How do I do this?
