    I am using v.29.2.

I noticed that when I set a page to be password protected, once the page is accessed once (i.e. the viewer logged in once), the page is now not protected any more. When the viewer returns to the page after this first time, he/she is not required to log in, the page appears unprotected.

Is there a way to force visitors to log in every time they return to the page?

    Thanks!

Thanks, I took a quick look at the plug-in, and within the comments on the plug-in page, there is a change that you can make to the wp-pass.php file, which will force the log in to rset every time you close the browser. I made the change but now, the site I am working on seems to be permenantly logged into that page.

All I need is that when I set a page to be “password protected” in the visibility setting, it will present the page as protected, i.e. that visitors (who are NOT members and who have not logged into anything else on the site), will have to log in to view that page. This works for the very first time I try to enter the page. Thereafter, whether I delete files, cookies, or close the browser and re-open it, the page is not protected any more.

Is there a way to solve this problem? I am nto trying to protect the admin area because I always log out after I’ve worked on the sit. There is no other log in for members as there are no “members” to begin with. I only have one other person who is set as an editor that have a log in.

    Thanks for any help!
