how to find host for update

    It depends on where you are specifying hostname.

    If you mean in the wp-config.php file, localhost is what 90% of hosting companies allow you to use.

    If you mean ftp’ing, then that is something your hosting company needs to tell you. But, a couple of common ones are: itstayswelded.com and http://ftp.itstayswelded.com
