    Go to Redirection -> Modules -> look under the 404 block for the export options.

    I’m looking to export the 404 log as well. I looked in Redirection > Modules, there is no 404 block there. I just have WordPress and Apache. I have a 404 entry in the top menu bar for the plugin (Redirects | Groups | Modules | 404s | Options | Support) and there’s no export option on the 404s page.

    The 404 module was removed in version 2.3.0, with the feature moved to the top level of the plugin’s nav, though no idea why export disappeared. I was looking for it myself.
