How to exclude a specific category

    I am using the links manager and shortcode to create a list of wines from around the world. Each wine has 2 or more categories such as Vineyard, Red Wine, Best Seller

    I want to be able to show a list of just the red wines or white wines from a specific vineyard. At the moment if I use the vineyard category then it shows all the wines within that vineyard. How do I get the list to filter on 2 categories such as vineyard, red wine or vineyard, white wine

    I would still like to be able to filter on 2 categories or exclude links based on 1 category. for example:

    Wine link … categories: red wine, rosemount estate, bestsellers
    wine link … categories: white wine, rosemount estate, bestsellers

    I want to be able to show all the red wines from rosemount estate on one page and then all the white wines from rosemount estate on another page.

    Please advise if this is possible
