    Hi,

I'm using WP 2.3.3 and want to enable QuickTag <!--nextpage--> in Visual Editor for my blog.

I read so many webpages on net for help but didn't get the answer so far. I also came to know about this WP page http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_get_the_Quicktag_.3C.21--nextpage--.3E_back.3F

but this according to old version of WP. If anyone knows the solution then please share it.

    Thanks in advance
    Jimmy

I'm using 2.6.3 and uncommented the button in quicktags.js. However, the button is still not showing up.

I see the input for it in the ed_toolbar div, but it is not showing up in the actually wysiwyg editor.

    Any ideas?

Same issue here - running 2.6.3, removed the comments in quicktag.js as shown, the code shown in the FAQ within editor_plugin.js has changed, and the WP_Page button is shown there... But it's sure not showing up in the visual editor! Help?

I have the same problem with WP 2.7.
I've uncommented the quicktag.js and the button appeared in HTML view, but it's still missing in Visual (WYSIWYG) view.

I think I have found the solution. I posted it in another thread here:
How to unhide the next page quicktag
But some developer should take look on that and check if it won't break anything. Maybe it's a bug, but it could be hidden for a reason. I don't know.
