   I'd like to make a plug-in (in this case MeeNews Newsletter) usable for "author" and/or "editor" user. At this point, the plug-in is only available for me, the administrator.

   How can I change the plug-in-code, to make it work?

   adapt the roles to use the plugin

   Thanks Samuel, but Role Scoper only seems to work for general WP-features (categories, posts, links, pages) not for enabling plug-ins. Or am I missing something?

   I found the solution!!! Yeah! It's called "Capability Manager". Works like a charm.
