   I must be missing something, but I have not been able to figure out how to embed a video post.

   I installed both the AFC Player, and the AFC Plug system, and sure enough the AFC tools appear in my control panel.

   What's missing is, what to do next? I have tried going through the standard Upload/Insert Video, but each time I am greeted with a message that my file is too big. The file is a WMV file that has been converted to a FLV file.

   Then I tried uploading the file to the wp-content/uploads folder, using the file manager tool in AFC tools (which didn't work) and then with an FTP client (which worked)

   But I am still not clear how to actually show the video in a post! Anybody out there help me?

   Do you have the proper files in your installation to run flv files? I'm not familiar with the plugin you mentioned but you may need a separate player in your root directory.

   I would first use a standard video format, of a short video, for testing.

   see if that helps - disable plug-in and use another checking to see if it uses the file types you are using.
