How to edit Title page (3 posts)

Forgive this newbie's question, but I can't get the actual title page to open up for editing. I can access all the other pages, but clicking on TITLE in the All Pages list doesn't do anything. (Well, it does move "Title" up or down in the Pages hierarchy, but that's not what I need). Clicking the box beside "Title" just autofills all the boxes below it for my other pages.

I'm in the Dashboard. Select "Pages" or "All Pages" and Title is at the top. I have a menu bar installed which duplicates the six pages that are introduced at the bottom of my title page. When I update any of these pages, the changes show up when the page is accessed through the menu bar (on any page), but not when accessed through the title page. The title page still shows the same text from many many edits ago, and I can't figure out how to update it.
