Hello i am new to wordpress and i want to remove the links on my bottom pages that i did not put there. and also the stuff on the down left that that goes to my back office. and i want to know how to put adense.

Exactly what links are you talking about?

If you, by back office mean wp-admin, it's most likely controlled from your Widget section in the wp-admin
