    can someone please help me?

I recently uploaded my new website a few months ago & even made a couple of changes once, but now when I am going back into it to try & change some wording of our companies application form, the form is not on the page to view & change, the only wording I can change is the wording before the form starts giving people instruction how to fill it out.

Can someone please guide me how to change the actual page?
    THANK YOU

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

    EDIT - 30 seconds too slow :)!

Without seeing your site, really no way to offer much help - as we don't know what you are looking at or talking about.

That form may be generated by a visual forum builder plugin. Do you have such a plugin installed?

I didn't design my website. I hired someone & then they gave me the access to my website to make changes in the future

im not sure exactly what a builder plugin is?

Try looking in the Plugins section of your site's admin area.

    Dear Esmi
I looked at the plugins & I have quite a few in which if I click any of them to edit all that comes up are words (standing for codes that keep the website going or that stand for pictures etc....) but I don't see any words with the words of my application form or other registration forms on my website.

Perhaps there is some other way to locate the editing of these actual forms from http://www.dependablewaiters.com/register-a-party/

    Thank you so much

No - we need to know what (if any) plugin you are using for this.

I have on my website a total of 8 plugins currently (4 are activated & 4 are deactivated-possibly those 4 are not necessary) but all 8 of these were put onto my website by the company that designed my website.

currently below are the plugins I have on my website & you can see which are activated (if it says click to deactivate) & vice versa.

another note: some of these plugins when I go into them, theres a long row of more things on the right side of the screen to click on (perhaps those are more plugins of that topic)

    THANKS ALOT

What exactly are you trying to change? Have you asked the developer of your custom theme/site? It's generally pretty hard for people here to know how a custom theme/site is set up - so help may be limited.
