Hi,every one, i am new to word press i know how to work in GUI of word press admin panel, but i want to adjust the content width and side bar size in word press theme in either in css or theme files, also how to sort or rearrange the categories list in word press theme, please help me this is my site.

You will need to start editing your theme's stylesheet to make these changes. As for your category links, you may want to consider a custom menu.
