I have a theme and the footer is meant to overlay like so, it only looks like this when I'm logged in http://s17.postimage.org/6n47qp1q7/image.png

Now this only happens when I'm logged in, so people viewing the site see this hhttp://s15.postimage.org/m62me3s3f/image.png

When I checked around I found that by removing margin-bottom: 33px inside of chrome fixes the issue but it's inside element.stlye and I can't find it anywhere in any files http://s14.postimage.org/5l8tr6f1d/image.png

It's really annoying me, what can I do?

element.style rules are rules written directly into the markup like <div style="background:red">. You will need to search the template files for the rule that is causing trouble. It won't be element. anything, just style="...".
