how to edit my plugin

our web designer is no longer ‘available’.

does anyone know where a plugin is (in our directory) and how to modify it?

i know this sounds vague, but any help is appreciated.

i need to locate the plugin and edit it so as to make all submissions display on one page. currently the number buttons “1” and “2” on the top right do not work.
