Anyone know?
Umm, can someone atleast give some sort of answer?
its called CSS. ANYTHING can be changed using it.
what you pasted isnt necessarily a widget or a plugin, either. the top most "stuff" is inside a post (see the read more link???!!!)
and your questions kind of 'suck'. you would get more replies if you stopped asking generic questions that are already answered ad nauseum on these forums, provided a link when asking about your own blog, and also provided links when inquiring about OTHER blogs

Okay, well for that (readmore) wouldn't that be a plugin? Or is there a plugin that can help with that?
nope. the "read more" link is built into wordpress.
