    here is a screen grab of someones WordPress Blog and they change the look/border of their plugin (widget). http://kttns.org/4ndrk
    How do you do this and is their a plugin that lets you do this.

    its called CSS. ANYTHING can be changed using it.

    what you pasted isnt necessarily a widget or a plugin, either. the top most "stuff" is inside a post (see the read more link???!!!)

    and your questions kind of 'suck'. you would get more replies if you stopped asking generic questions that are already answered ad nauseum on these forums, provided a link when asking about your own blog, and also provided links when inquiring about OTHER blogs

    Okay, well for that (readmore) wouldn't that be a plugin? Or is there a plugin that can help with that?

    nope. the "read more" link is built into wordpress.
