   My Settings permalink /%postname%.html
   I find that the url does not meet post title.

   Sample.
   post title : สวัสดีครับเพื่อนชาวต่างชาติ
   post name : สวัสดีครับเพื่อนชา

   I want post-title and post-name same.Do not want to cut.
