    Hi, i like to make my blog looking like this http://www.elenaudrea.ro/blog
    I want to have the post on the first page compacted with read more option!
    Please help me!

    From your dashboard you should be able to add a theme. i have done this but I don't know the URL of my wordpress...
    Is it http://myWEB/blog?
