How to display tickets for all customer (even not logged in) like picture below on frontend:
    http://www.themeskingdom.com/scebo/style/img/ticketstatuses.jpg

    My needs:
1/ Any Customer can see all tickets from others, but can not response until logged in.
2/ Tickets have "closed" status, Logged in customers cannot reply and have to open other ticket.
3/ All customers can reply to tickets that don't have "closed" status and can receive notification email if ticket have update.
4/ Like support tab of wordpress plugin page, ex: this plugin page (http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/scebo).

Hello to all, this is the closed customer support system at the moment and the tickets can't be displayed on the front-end. We are working on the next version and it will have option to display the tickets on the front-end.

Hi ben mears, since Scebo uses the Custom Post Type model you can use get_posts(...) with the post_type property set to 'tickets' to display Tickets on the front-end (within a Custom Template of your Theme).
