    I'd like to display the date of the last edit in the footer of a page, rather than the date the page was posted. Is there a way to do that?

    Thanks!

    When you do an edit just change the date/time stamp on the right of the post editor.

    estjohn,

    I just tried the post-updated plugin, but it only works inside "The Loop." Any idea how I can make it work in the footer?

    Thanks!

    Hmmm that unfortunately, I dont.. BUT... you could always try emailing the author.. or search around here and see if you can find any documentnation on how to make things that work in the loop work out of the loop.. if that makes sense.

    Try:

    <?php global $post; post_updated(); ?>

    If that doesn't work, there are other tricks to play here.

    (I get enough email as it is... ;)
