How to display Pledge in Campaign page ?!

I’m installing the CrowdPress – A Crowdfunding WordPress Theme and I am having a issue. Also installed the plugins needed: Crowdfunding by Astoundify and Easy Digital Downloads.How to add the Pledges to Campaign Page ? (see on the link below)
