How to display page content on posts page?

    Hi all,
    This has probably been asked so many times before but i cant seem the right answer to my problem. Basically i have a page that i want to use for my blog so i have created the page and have some text on there. Below the text on that page i want to display all of my blog posts.
    I have found some site where they have given me some code to add to the index.php file, this did work but the text for the page didnt display properly ( text all squashed together, wrong font, no padding etc) so i just wondered if anyone has an “easy” solution?

    this formatting problem could possibly be solved by using the right html/css (copied from page.php ?) in the added section;

    personally, I would persevere with that, and try to fix the formatting.

    without having seen that working solution, and without knowing which theme you are using, I cannot judge if there might be ‘an “easy” solution’.
