   The Time Zone 2.1 plugin has been installed to resolve date warning messages. However, when someone post a message, UTC time is used. How can I display the local time instead of the UTC time? Thank you.

   wp-admin/options, general tab. Change the offset to reflect your actual offset to UTC.

   When the Time Zone plugin is activated, the offset cannot be changed. Now I have deactivated the plugin, set the offset and set the date.timezone in php.ini. It seems working now, but I am not sure if the daylight saving time will be automatically adjusted later.

   Well, if DST screws it later, simply back the offset down an hour.
