Advanced Custom Fields
How to display fields registered in code? (2 posts)

Working in a small team, we have had to devise a way to manage custom fields through the development phase. We have moved the field group registrations to PHP scripts and load them up on the 'plugins_loaded' action (i.e. once all the plugins have loaded).

So, not we delete all the field groups from the admin pages, since they are all managed in PHP.

However, it is handy seeing all the registered groups and fields in the WP admin pages. Is there any way we can still show them, as read-only listings? Is there perhaps a third-party plugin or extension that will list them? I'm looking for a way to see what fields there are (registered in both code and the GUI) without having to fig through scripts of nested arrays.

The title is probably a misnomer. Rather than "display", I meant, "how to show field definitions in the admin pages, for fields defined in PHP rather than the database".
