Is there a way to have my category widget in the sidebar display all categories and sub-categories in alphabetical order?

example: http://www.akermanshoes.com/category/contact/

this page shows that my sub-categories are NOT in alphabetical order.

Its not theme related, theme doesn’t modify that widget, That widget by default shows categories in alphabetical order.
