   Recently a site i had worked on was upgraded to 2.3.1 I believe. I had some custom code in my template that displayed the links based on category so that I could split them into a left and right side column. For example, col#1 had the Blogroll and col#2 had all other categories. This code is now broken because of the taxonomy, etc..

   What commands can I use to display the links, by category in my template. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

   Take a look at using the template tag, wp_list_bookmarks().
