Ok, This is my problem. Google drives traffic to my blog via my post tags. When a visitor clicks on a search result linking to a post in my blog, instead of opening up the entire post, the browser displays only the post title and the excerpt. So the visitor has to click the "Read more" link manually.

    See this example: http://www.virtualpreacher.org/tag/deliverance-ministry/

This happens only to visitors who come through tags.

Can any one tell me how to fix this?

  2. Your incoming links are going to category and/or tag pages; see the category base in the URL? So in category.php or tag.php - or some other theme file, as I don't know the theme and it isn't a free one, either - fine the_excerpt and replace it with the_content. See Template Tags/the content « WordPress Codex and Template Tags/the excerpt « WordPress Codex.
