How to disallow to comennt thr post in the selected categories?

You can’t disallow comments on a ‘per category’ basis but you can disallow comments on individual posts. So if you want to stop comments on all posts in a category, you’ll need to edit each post in that category and uncheck the Allow comments box.

You could also try looking through the Plugins Directory for a plugin that does this.
