How can I restric or disable the WYSIWYG editor so an author cannot destroy our blog design by (maybe accidentally) styling his post with other fonts, sizes etc. than those allowed? E.g. when copy-pasting something from another website, the formats are copy-pasted, too, and therefore easily destroy our design.

But we want our authors to be able to add some basic formats like bold, italic, hyperlinks, etc. So we cannot disable it completely.
