How To Disable Related Post On A Single Post

One of my sites has a very long list post and I am trying to add page breaks to this post. When I do that, the related posts are showing before the pagination.

I would like to disable this plugin on this post only so that the pagination can show immediately after the post.

Is there a way I could disable this plugin only on this particular post.

Some other plugins that I have I can disable straight from the editor of the post or in the setting. Not with related posts, though.
