How to disable html code in post section.

I have a website where users can post their articles. But some users are hiding their text and links by changing the color of the text and links same as the color of the background.

Is there a way to disable html code that the content will not display correctly in post section, just display exactly as it appears? But, I still want them to be able to make links.

I know there is a way to do this on comment area: disable html code comment section. But I don’t know how to implement this in post section.
